We hope to achieve this through programs that cover two specific issues: corporate governance and good practices, and diversity, equity and inclusion. The first because it makes the importance of internalizing the expectations of various stakeholders evident. The second because it is essential to have difficult and uncomfortable conversations, and sincere, open and transparent discussions, regarding the fears, challenges and opportunities that arise out of diversity, equity and inclusion. We offer two programs: M Ambassadors and M Youth Ambassadors, and both last 24 hours.
